Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1–2 years in a Night Audit role, preferably in luxury/upscale hotels.
• Familiarity with PMS like Opera, Amadeus, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Audit guest accounts for room rate accuracy and market codes.
• Audit group accounts for postings per sales contracts.
• Post room charges, taxes, and other fees to guest accounts.
• Run reports and input figures for accounting documents.
• Track revenues, occupancy, and front office statistics.
• Check guests in/out and handle guest requests.
