Hampton Inn & Suites/Home2 Suites by Hilton - Las Vegas is seeking a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to oversee overnight operations, balance ledgers, and prepare daily operating reports while ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards.

Responsibilities include posting charges, handling registrations, check-ins/outs, managing reservations, answering inquiries, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, and using hotel software to generate reports and provide local information.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar hospitality role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post daily room charges and balances.
• Reconcile revenue totals against reports.
• Verify and prepare registrations for incoming guests.
• Operate the hotel phone system and take messages.
• Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations.
• Check guests in and out according to brand standards.
• Address guest inquiries and coordinate with departments for special requests.
• Notify housekeeping/maintenance of issues with guestrooms and grounds.
• Provide guests with hotel and local information.
• Generate and print required operational reports.
• Verify transactions from each front desk shift.
• Finalize daily income and F&B revenue reports.
• Maintain front office area cleanliness and organization.
• Perform cashier duties and post charges to guest accounts.
• Follow security procedures and hotel emergency procedures.
