Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and ensure accuracy of guest billings.
• Review and compile management reports on a timely basis.
• Perform guest services duties (check-in/check-out, reservations, switchboard).
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction and handle inquiries.
