Job summary

The Resort at Summerlin in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Hotel Night Audit Guest Service Agent to ensure accurate check-ins/outs and secure accounting records. You will audit room rates, post charges, and prepare management-ready summaries while maintaining exceptional guest care.

Role requires 1–2 years in night audit, familiarity with Opera/Amadeus, and strong English communication. You’ll work varied graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays, delivering luxury service aligned with brand standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years in a Night Audit role in a luxury hotel preferred.
• Familiarity with Opera, Amadeus or similar PMS.

Responsibilities

• Audit guest accounts for accuracy of room rates and codes.
• Audit group accounts to ensure postings align with contracts.
• Post room charges, taxes, and other fees to guest accounts.
• Run and input reports to complete accounting documents.
• Summarize cash, checks, and credit card activities for management.
• Check guests in and out; respond to guest requests.
• Maintain luxury service standards and collaborate with Front Office.
