Job summary

You will maintain the Virgin Tone of Voice, knowledge of front office systems, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. English fluency and a polished appearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Learn and retain complete knowledge of front office procedures and policies.
• Maintain Virgin Tone of Voice, Culture & standards set by management.
• Knowledge of front office systems (HMS, Guestware, GoConcierge).
• Assist and process check-in/check-outs for guests via traditional, kiosk, or iPad.

• Assist with YES! Department and handle phone calls & room service orders.
