Qualifications

• Ability to compute accurate mathematical calculations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Excellent English communication with guests, management/co-workers, vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight team and coordinate with Front Desk and other departments.
• Maintain Virgin ‘Tone of Voice’ in all guest interactions.
• Assist with night audit tasks and reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure safety and security procedures are followed during overnight hours.
• Provide memorable guest service and resolve guest concerns creatively.
• Train and mentor staff to uphold standards and culture.
• Respond to guest questions and requests promptly and courteously.
