Virgin Hotels in New York, NY is seeking an Overnight Security Officer to protect guests and teammates, monitor entrances, and patrol property. The role emphasizes safety, incident reporting, and responding to emergencies to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You will lead security activities, coordinate with departments, and maintain clear, timely communications in a dynamic hospitality environment. A strong English communicator with LP experience is preferred.

Formación

• Must have current, legal ability to work in the USA.
• Minimum of 2 years of Loss Prevention experience.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to clearly communicate in English with guests and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead investigations of accidents, thefts, and property loss and complete incident reports.
• Patrol interior and perimeter of the hotel to identify safety and security risks.
• Direct response to emergencies including fires, medical situations and threats to life or property.
• Serve as liaison with federal, state and local law enforcement.
• Oversee administration and accuracy of required reports and documentation.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate personnel for Conference and Banqueting events.
• Monitor and control staff entrances and hotel access points.
• Operate and monitor the hotel surveillance system.
