Job summary

Sitemetric LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer (FT: Night) based in Frederick, MD, to manage on-site access and security at customer construction sites. You will handle worker registration, badging, parking, visitors, and deliveries, while supporting a safe, efficient work environment.

Role requires in-person site work, shift-based hours, and occasional travel across the United States. Strong communication and a proactive, detail-oriented approach are essential for ensuring customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage access control and worker badges.
• Ensure badge scanning and accurate headcount records.
• Manage parking passes and monitor compliance across areas.
• Document all visitors and deliveries; maintain logs.
• Provide support for access control and troubleshooting as needed.
• Assist with ad-hoc access control tasks for customers.
