Sitemetric LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer for night shifts at Mesa, AZ. You will manage worker registration, badge scanning, parking, visitors, and deliveries to ensure site safety and smooth operation. This is a field-based, shift-based role requiring on-site work and occasional travel across the US.

Qualifications include licensing, drug screen and background checks, and 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience. English proficiency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and uphold site security.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and tech issues.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support access control needs as required.
