Job summary

Sitemetric LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer (PT Night) in Manassas, VA to ensure site security and smooth operations on customer construction sites. You will manage worker registration, badges, parking, visitors, and deliveries, while supporting the team and upholding safety standards.

The role requires professionalism, flexibility in shift hours, and the ability to travel to multiple job sites. Prior customer service experience and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure (early start, longer hours).
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure personnel have badges and are scanned to verify identity and maintain headcount for customers.
• Parking Management: Provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance at designated areas.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document visitors and deliveries, creating written records for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: Assist with access control, logs, parking management, and tech troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Support one-time and ongoing access control needs as required.
