Job summary

Sitemetric is hiring an Access Control Officer for night shifts to support our on-site teams in Dalton, GA and other US job sites. You will manage worker registration, badging, and site access, while coordinating parking, visitors, and deliveries to ensure smooth operations and security.

This field-based role requires professionalism, detail orientation, and a proactive approach, with occasional travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptive, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control for all entrants and uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are issued and scanned for identity verification and accurate headcount.
• Parking Management: provide passes and monitor pass compliance across designated areas.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, tech troubleshooting, logs, and parking.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: assist with one-time and ongoing access control tasks.
