SITEMETRIC LLC is hiring a part-time Access Control Officer for night shifts at the Sidney, OH site. The role focuses on worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor management to ensure site security and smooth operations.

You will work with senior leadership, travel within the US as needed, and support customers with access control needs while maintaining professionalism and safety at construction sites.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and prioritization in dynamic environments.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English.
• Proficient spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, flexible and solution-oriented.
• Proactive in taking on additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and maintain site security.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries.
• Customer & Worker Support: support access control and logs.
• Ad hoc access control duties as needed.
