Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer to join our field team in Frederick, MD. You will manage worker registration and badging, parking, visitors, and deliveries, ensuring security and smooth site operations.

You will work closely with leadership, on-site at one or more client job sites, and may travel within the United States. Excellent English communication and a proactive approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
• Ability to obtain required licensing
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environment
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Adaptable and proactive in taking on more responsibility

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control compliance
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and maintain headcount records
• Parking Management: provide and monitor passes
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and tech troubleshooting
• Ad hoc access control tasks to support customers
