Job summary

Sitemetric LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer for night shifts at our Mesa, AZ sites. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, and deliveries to ensure site security and smooth operations on customer projects.

Field-based roles require in-person work at one or more Sitemetric jobsites with travel across the United States. A valid Guard Card is required; strong English communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take on additional responsibilities to serve customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: manage access control and maintain site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking areas.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records.
