Job summary

Sitemetric LLC is seeking a Part Time Access Control Officer for night shifts in Irving, TX. The role focuses on maintaining site security, verifying worker credentials, and coordinating parking, visitors, and deliveries on customer construction sites.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service experience, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and reliable English communication. The position requires in-person work at multiple sites with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure and variable hours.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable and proactive in taking on additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone entering/leaving the site.
• Ensure badges are issued, scanned, and identity verified; maintain accurate headcount for customers.
• Provide parking passes and monitor parking pass compliance.
• Document and manage visitors and deliveries, creating records for the customer.
• Support customers and Sitemetric team in access control, troubleshooting, and related tasks.
• Assist with ad hoc access control duties as needed.
