Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Central, OH seeks a NextGen System Analyst to support and optimize the EHR system for clinical and operational teams. You will assist with training, testing, and implementation of new features, while ensuring reliable EHR workflows and timely issue resolution.

Collaboration with IT and vendors is essential. The role requires 2–4 years of EHR support experience, familiarity with CareLogic or NextGen, and strong HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience supporting an EHR in healthcare
Experience with CareLogic or NextGen EHR preferred
Strong HIPAA compliance and excellent communication skills
Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

Provide daily EHR user support to clinical and operational teams
Triage issues and escalate complex problems
Assist in maintaining EHR workflows, templates and docs
Perform basic testing of minor changes to the EHR system
Coordinate initial EHR training for new staff and providers
Support documentation of processes and updates
Provide day‑of go‑live support during system updates
Maintain clear communication with IT and vendor on tickets
