Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Central, OH is seeking a NextGen System Analyst to support daily EHR use, training, testing, and implementation of new features. This on-site role collaborates with clinicians and IT to ensure reliable EHR operations.

The position focuses on maintaining workflows, troubleshooting, and coordinating with the vendor and internal teams, with guidance from the Senior EHR System Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily EHR user support for clinical and operational teams.
• Triage issues and escalate complex cases to Senior EHR System Analyst or vendor.
• Be the point of contact for user questions and technical assistance.
• Assist in maintaining EHR workflows, templates, and documentation standards.
• Perform initial testing of minor changes and updates to the EHR system.
• Document processes and user guides; assist in training staff.
