Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking a NextGen System Analyst in Central, OH to support daily EHR use, troubleshoot issues, and assist with training and testing of new features. The role partners with clinicians, providers, and IT staff to ensure reliable system performance.

The position requires 2–4 years of EHR experience in healthcare, a relevant degree, and a valid driver’s license. Travel within the service area is expected, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience supporting an EHR system in a behavioral health or healthcare setting is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Technology, Informatics, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality requirements is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to end users across clinical and operational teams for the EHR system, including basic troubleshooting.
• Triage system issues and escalate complex problems to senior staff or vendor as needed.
• Serve as the point of contact for user questions and routine technical assistance.
• Maintain EHR workflows, templates, and documentation standards under IT leadership.
