Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Central Ohio is seeking an EHR System Analyst to support the EHR daily use, functionality, and optimization. You will provide frontline support, assist with training, and participate in testing and implementation of new features to ensure reliable EHR workflows.

The role requires 2–4 years of EHR experience in healthcare, familiarity with CareLogic/NextGen, and a commitment to HIPAA compliance, strong communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience supporting an EHR system in a healthcare setting.
• 1 year of prior experience with CareLogic or NextGen EHR preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Technology, Informatics, Computer Science or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to end users across clinical and operational teams in their use of the EHR system, including basic troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Triage system issues, resolving within scope and escalating more complex issues to senior staff or vendor as appropriate.
• Serve as the point of contact for user questions and routine technical assistance.
• Assist in maintaining EHR workflows, templates, and documentation standards.
• Perform initial testing of minor changes, updates, or enhancements to the EHR system.
• Supports documentation of processes, updates, and user guides.
• Provides day-of go-live support to staff during system updates or changes.
• Maintains clear and professional communication with internal teams and the EHR vendor regarding support tickets.
