Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks a dedicated EHR System Analyst to support daily use, optimization, training, and testing of the NextGen EHR system. This role partners with clinical staff, IT, and vendors to ensure reliable EHR operations.

The position emphasizes troubleshooting, workflow maintenance, and contributing to system enhancements. Travel within the service area is expected, with a strong focus on HIPAA-compliant practices and effective communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Health Information Technology, Informatics, Computer Science or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting an EHR system in healthcare/behavioral health settings; 1 year with CareLogic or NextGen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily end-user support across clinical and operational teams for the EHR system.
• Triage issues, escalate complex cases to Senior EHR System Analyst or vendor.
• Assist in maintaining EHR workflows, templates, and documentation standards.
