Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking an EHR System Analyst to support daily use, optimize the EHR, and collaborate with clinicians and IT staff in Central, OH.

The role provides frontline support, assists with training, testing, and implementation of new features, and partners with vendors to ensure reliable operations. Travel within the service area is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience supporting an EHR system in a healthcare setting.
• 1 year of experience with CareLogic or NextGen preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to end users across clinical and operational teams for the EHR system.
• Triage system issues and escalate complex items to the Senior EHR System Analyst or vendor as appropriate.
• Assist in maintaining EHR workflows, templates, and documentation standards.
• Participate in testing of minor changes, updates or enhancements to the EHR system.
• Support training for new staff and providers and develop user guides.
