Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks a capable EHR System Analyst to support daily EHR use, troubleshoot issues, and help optimize workflows across clinical and operational teams in Central Ohio.

The role includes assisting with training, testing new features, and supporting system updates. Experience with CareLogic or NextGen is preferred, and candidates should have a 2–4 year background in healthcare IT.

Qualifications

• A high school degree or GED equivalent is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in Health Information Technology, Informatics, Computer Science or related fields is preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience supporting an EHR system in a behavioral health or healthcare setting is required.
• 1 year of prior experience with the CareLogic or NextGen EHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to end users across clinical and operational teams in their use of the EHR system.
• Triage system issues, resolving those within scope and escalating more complex issues.
• Serve as the point of contact for user questions and routine technical assistance.
• Maintain EHR workflows, templates, and documentation standards as directed by IT leadership.
• Perform initial testing of minor changes, updates, or enhancements to the EHR system.
• Support documentation of processes, updates, and user guides.
• Coordinate with HR and assist in delivering initial EHR training to new staff and providers.
