Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks an EHR System Analyst to support daily use, optimize the EHR system, and assist with end-user training in Central Ohio. This role interfaces with clinicians, IT staff, and vendors to ensure reliable system operation and effective workflows.

The position emphasizes frontline support, collaboration, testing of features, and participation in enhancements, with potential escalation for more complex projects to the Senior EHR System Analyst.

Qualifications

• Maintains confidentiality and complies with HIPAA regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and deadline management.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and suitable auto insurance.
• Familiarity with internet-based office environments and high-speed connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily EHR support to clinical/operational teams.
• Triage issues and escalate complex cases to Senior EHR System Analyst or vendor.
• Assist in maintaining EHR workflows, templates, and documentation standards.
• Participate in basic testing of changes, updates, or enhancements.
• Deliver initial EHR training to new staff and providers.
