Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Ohio is seeking an EHR System Analyst to support daily use, troubleshooting, and optimization of the EHR system for clinical and operational teams. You will assist with training, testing, and implementing new features, while coordinating with the vendor and IT staff.

Required: 2–4 years' EHR support in healthcare, familiarity with CareLogic or NextGen, and strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Technology, Informatics, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting an EHR system in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to end users across clinical and operational teams for the EHR system.
• Triage system issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Serve as a point of contact for user questions and routine technical assistance.
• Maintain EHR workflows, templates, and documentation standards.
• Perform initial testing of minor changes or enhancements to the EHR system.
• Assist with training materials and deliver initial EHR training to staff.
• Support testing of new features, upgrades, and patches following established plans.
• Provide day-of go-live support during system updates.
