Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks a NextGen System Analyst to support and optimize the EHR system in our Central Ohio operations. You will provide frontline user support, help train staff, and participate in testing and implementing new features.

The role collaborates with clinical staff, IT, and the vendor to ensure reliable EHR performance. Responsibilities include maintaining workflows, conducting basic testing, and assisting with training materials while escalating

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• 2–4 years supporting an EHR in healthcare/behavioral health.
• Experience with CareLogic or NextGen EHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily end-user support for the EHR system across clinical/operational teams.
• Triage issues, escalate complex problems to Senior EHR System Analyst or vendor.
• Assist in maintaining EHR workflows, templates, and documentation standards.
