Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Central Ohio is seeking an EHR System Analyst to support, train, and test our EHR system for clinicians and staff. You will ensure reliable operations and collaborate with the IT team and vendor on enhancements.

The role focuses on daily end-user support, workflow maintenance, and testing with opportunities to participate in system upgrades and training delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred in health information tech or related field.
• 2–4 years supporting an EHR in healthcare, preferably behavioral health.
• Experience with CareLogic or NextGen EHR is preferred; familiarity with testing and training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily end-user support for the EHR across clinical and operational teams.
• Triage issues and escalate complex problems to Senior EHR System Analyst or vendor.
• Serve as the point of contact for user questions and routine technical assistance.
• Maintain EHR workflows, templates, and documentation standards as directed by IT leadership.
• Perform initial testing of small changes or enhancements to the EHR system.
• Assist in creating training materials and user guides for new features.
