Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Central, OH seeks an EHR System Analyst to support daily use, functionality, and optimization of the EHR system. You will provide frontline support to providers and staff, assist with training, and participate in testing and implementation of new features and system improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2-4 years of EHR support in healthcare/behavioral health.
• Experience with CareLogic or NextGen is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily end-user support for the EHR system across clinical and operational teams.
• Triage issues and escalate complex cases to Senior EHR System Analyst or vendor as needed.
• Assist in maintaining EHR workflows, templates, and documentation standards.
