Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Central Ohio is seeking a NextGen System Analyst to support daily use, optimization, and training of the EHR system for clinical teams.

The role collaborates with IT and vendor partners, conducts basic testing, and helps maintain workflows, templates, and user guides, with travel within the service area and a focus on reliable, secure HIPAA-compliant patient data handling.

Qualifications

• Provide daily support to end users across clinical and operational teams in their use of the EHR system, including basic troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Triage system issues, resolving those within scope and escalating more complex issues to the Senior EHR System Analyst or vendor as appropriate.
• Serve as the point of contact for user questions and routine technical assistance.
• Assist in maintaining EHR workflows, templates, and documentation standards as directed by the Managing Director of IT, with input from the Senior EHR System Analyst.
• Perform initial testing of minor changes, updates, or enhancements to the EHR system.
• Support documentation of processes, updates, and user guides.
• Coordinate with HR and assist in delivering initial EHR training to new staff and providers.

Responsibilities
