Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking an EHR System Analyst in Central, OH to support daily use, functionality, and optimization of the Electronic Health Record system. The role provides frontline support to providers and staff, assists with training, and participates in testing and implementation of new features.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience supporting an EHR system in a behavioral health or healthcare setting.
• 1 year of prior experience with the CareLogic or NextGen EHR preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to end users across clinical and operational teams in their use of the EHR system.
• Triage system issues and escalate more complex items to the Senior EHR System Analyst or vendor as appropriate.
• Serve as the point of contact for user questions and routine technical assistance.
• Assist in maintaining EHR workflows, templates, and documentation standards.
• Perform initial testing of minor changes, updates, or enhancements to the EHR system.
• Coordinate with HR and assist in delivering initial EHR training to new staff and providers.
• Provide day-of go-live support during system updates or functionality changes.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and the EHR vendor regarding tickets and issues.
