Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking an EHR System Analyst to support daily use, optimize the Electronic Health Record system, and assist with training and testing. You will work with clinical staff and IT to maintain workflows, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to the Senior EHR System Analyst or vendor.

This role focuses on ensuring reliable EHR operations, user-friendly workflows, and effective documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Technology, Informatics, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of EHR experience in a behavioral health or healthcare setting required.
• 1 year of CareLogic or NextGen EHR experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily end-user support for the EHR system across clinical and operational teams.
• Triage issues and escalate complex cases to Senior EHR System Analyst or vendor as needed.
• Serve as a point of contact for user questions and routine technical assistance.
• Assist in maintaining EHR workflows, templates, and documentation standards.
• Perform initial testing of minor changes and updates to the EHR system.
• Support documentation of processes, updates, and user guides.
• Coordinate with HR to deliver initial EHR training to new staff and providers.
• Provide refresher training and user support for existing staff.
• Assist with testing of new features, upgrades, and patches per testing plans.
• Provide day-of go-live support during updates or changes.
• Prepare and distribute basic announcements about EHR changes to users.
• Maintain professional communication with internal teams and the EHR vendor.
