Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking an EHR System Analyst to support daily use, functionality, and optimization of the EHR system in Central, OH. You will provide frontline support to clinicians and staff, assist with training, and participate in testing and implementation of new features and improvements.

The role collaborates with IT and vendor teams, maintains EHR workflows, and helps ensure reliable system operation with occasional travel within the service area.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Health IT, Informatics, CS or related field.
• 2–4 years of EHR support experience in healthcare/behavioral health.
• 1 year with CareLogic or NextGen EHR preferred.
• HIPAA compliance required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily end-user support across clinical and operational teams in the EHR system.
• Triage issues and escalate complex cases to Senior EHR Analyst or vendor.
• Assist in maintaining EHR workflows, templates, and documentation.
• Perform initial testing of minor changes and new features.
• Support creation of training materials and user guides.
• Provide go-live support during system updates.
• Coordinate basic training for new staff and providers.
• Maintain professional communication with IT and vendor teams.
