Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Central Ohio is seeking an EHR System Analyst to support daily use, functionality, and optimization of the EHR system. You will assist with training, testing, and new feature implementations, working closely with clinical staff and IT.

The role emphasizes frontline support, workflow maintenance, and collaboration with the vendor to ensure reliable system operation. Experience in behavioral health EHRs and HIPAA compliance is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Technology, Informatics, Computer Science or related fields preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience supporting an EHR system in a behavioral health or healthcare setting is required.
• 1 year of prior experience with CareLogic or NextGen EHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to end users across clinical and operational teams in their use of the EHR system, including basic troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Triage system issues, resolving those within scope and escalating more complex issues to the Senior EHR System Analyst or vendor as appropriate.
• Serve as the point of contact for user questions and routine technical assistance.
• Assist in maintaining EHR workflows, templates, and documentation standards as directed by the Managing Director of IT, with input from the Senior EHR System Analyst.
• Perform initial testing of minor changes, updates, or enhancements to the EHR system
• Supports documentation of processes, updates, and user guides
• Coordinates with HR and assists in delivering initial EHR training to new staff and providers
• Maintains clear and professional communication with internal teams and the EHR vendor regarding support tickets and system issues
