Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking an EHR System Analyst to support daily use, help optimize the Electronic Health Record system, and participate in testing and feature updates. The role involves frontline provider support, training, and collaboration with IT and vendor teams.

The position requires 2–4 years in an EHR-support role in healthcare, with preference for CareLogic or NextGen experience. Travel within the service area is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred in Health IT/informatics or related field.
• 2–4 years supporting an EHR system in healthcare/behavioral health setting required; 1 year with CareLogic or NextGen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily end-user support across clinical and operational teams in EHR use.
• Triage issues and escalate complex problems to Senior EHR System Analyst or vendor.
• Assist in maintaining EHR workflows, templates, and documentation standards.
• Perform initial testing of minor changes or enhancements to the EHR.
