Job summary

Pediatrix is seeking a Newborn Hearing Screen Site Supervisor in Austin, TX. You will oversee the newborn hearing screening program across multiple sites, serve as on-site technical lead, and ensure high-quality screening practices with real-time workflow support.

You will train staff, review KPIs, manage scheduling, and maintain compliance with hospital and company protocols while coordinating with hospital leadership and the Hearing Screen Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CPR certification current or must be obtained upon offer.
• Minimum two years of managerial experience or equivalent training/experience.
• Prior experience with newborns or in a healthcare setting preferred.
• 1–2 years managing multiple sites (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct delivery of newborn hearing screening services and act as on-site technical lead.
• Create schedules to ensure adequate coverage and report staffing gaps to the Hearing Screen Manager.
• Train new hires and monitor KPI’s with regular staff meetings.
• Supervise technicians, conduct annual performance evaluations, and manage compliance.
