Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a Newborn Hearing Screen Site Supervisor to oversee the newborn hearing program across multiple sites. You will lead on-site screening, ensure high-quality practices, and support real-time workflow needs.

You will supervise technicians, handle scheduling, train staff, and monitor KPI performance while maintaining credentialing across locations and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• 2+ years in a managerial role or equivalent training/experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee newborn hearing screening at multiple sites.
• Lead on-site technical screening and ensure protocol compliance.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Train new hires and monitor KPI monthly.
• Ensure on-site safety, PPE, and vaccine compliance.
