Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group seeks a Newborn Hearing Screen Site Supervisor to oversee the newborn hearing screening program across multiple sites in the region. The role acts as the on-site technical lead, ensuring high-quality screening practices and real-time workflow support.

Responsibilities include scheduling, staff supervision, training, and reporting. Candidates should have a minimum of two years in a management role and be CPR certified, with flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required or to be obtained upon offer.
• Minimum two years of managerial experience; 1–2 years managing multiple sites preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee newborn hearing screening delivery and document results.
• Create schedules to ensure adequate site coverage and escalate staffing gaps.
• Train new hires and conduct ongoing staff training and KPI reviews.
• Conduct performance evaluations and supervise Hearing Screen Technicians annually.
• Handle reporting and data management including state and hospital reporting.
• Monitor supplies and equipment, ensuring proper contact with vendors as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Hearing Screen Manager.
