Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Newborn Hearing Screen Site Supervisor to oversee the program across multiple sites in the region. You will directly deliver newborn hearing screenings, lead on-site technical practices, and document results to ensure high-quality care.

In this role you will manage staffing, training, and reporting, collaborate with the Hearing Screen Manager, and support hospital partners with compliance and operational needs while maintaining patient safety and timely

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, CPR certification preferred or obtained upon offer.
• Experience in healthcare management or supervision of multiple sites is desired.
• Strong communication, training, and compliance orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee newborn hearing screenings across multiple sites and ensure protocol compliance.
• Create schedules, supervise technicians, and conduct annual evaluations.
• Train new hires and monitor KPIs during monthly staff meetings.
• Provide real-time technical guidance and escalate concerns to the Hearing Screen Manager.
• Maintain on-site operations, safety protocols, and reporting to hospital leadership.
