Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Newborn Hearing Screen Site Supervisor to oversee the screening program across multiple sites within the region. The role emphasizes hands-on screening, on-site technical leadership, and rapid operational support at the site level.

The position requires managing staff, scheduling, training, and reporting, with a focus on high-quality, compliant newborn hearing screenings and coordination with hospital leadership.

Qualifications

• Two years in a managerial role or combination of training and experience
• Prior newborns or healthcare setting experience preferred
• 1–2 years managing multiple sites (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Oversee newborn hearing screening delivery and ensure high-quality practices at all sites
• Create schedules to cover hospital obligations and program requirements
• Train and mentor Hearing Screen Technicians; conduct annual evaluations
• Attend hospital leadership meetings and present reports; address team concerns
• Supervise daily state reporting and ensure timely submission per guidelines
• Monitor equipment and ensure proper use of devices; coordinate with NATUS when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
