Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee the newborn hearing screening program across multiple sites in your region. You will lead on-site technical screening, ensure quality practices, and support real-time workflow while maintaining minimal administrative tasks.

The role emphasizes direct screening delivery, staff supervision, training, and reporting to ensure timely follow-up and compliance across locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee newborn hearing screening delivery across sites and ensure on-site technical lead duties.
• Create schedules to cover hospital obligations and program requirements; escalate gaps as needed.
• Train new hires and monitor KPI metrics during monthly staff meetings.
• Perform and document screenings; provide guidance and ensure protocol compliance.
• Prepare and present on-site reports to hospital leadership and Hearing Screen Manager.
