Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee newborn hearing screening programs across multiple sites. You will directly perform and document screenings, act as on-site technical lead, and support real-time workflow needs.

You will train new hires, supervise technicians, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols, hospital requirements, and safety standards. Weekend coverage and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage high-stress, fast-paced environments.
• Proficient with computers and accurate data entry is needed.
• Flexibility to work weekends and national holidays is required.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Prior management experience and multi-site oversight preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee newborn hearing screening delivery to ensure all eligible babies are screened.
• Create schedules to cover hospital obligations and program requirements.
• Supervise technicians and conduct annual performance evaluations.
• Train new hires and monitor KPI performance in monthly meetings.
• Assist with reporting to hospital leadership and state authorities.
