Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee newborn hearing screenings across multiple sites within the region, serving as the on-site technical lead and ensuring high-quality screening practices.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, training, scheduling, and real-time operational support. Strong communication, healthcare experience, and weekend availability are required to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; CPR Certification required or obtained on offer.
• Minimum two years of managerial or training/experience; prior newborn/healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience supervising multiple sites (2+ sites) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee newborn hearing screening at multiple sites, ensuring all eligible babies are screened and on-site lead for screening practices.
• Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and escalate staffing gaps to Hearing Screen Manager.
• Train new hires, monitor KPI metrics, and conduct annual performance evaluations for technicians.
