Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Newborn Hearing Screen Site Supervisor to oversee the program across multiple sites in the region. You will lead on-site screening operations, ensure high-quality practices, and coordinate staff scheduling and training.

Responsibilities include direct screening, staffing, training, reporting and compliance with hospital policies, with weekend and holiday coverage as needed. This role demands strong leadership and healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR certification required or obtained upon offer.
• 2+ years in a managerial role or equivalent training/experience.
• Experience with newborns or in a healthcare setting preferred.
• 1-2 years managing multiple sites is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct delivery of newborn hearing screening services on site.
• Serve as on-site technical lead, ensuring quality screening practices.
• Create schedules to cover hospital obligations and supervise staff.
• Train new hires and monitor KPI’s in monthly staff meetings.
• Manage state reporting, data accuracy, and relevant dashboards.
• Comply with PPE, vaccinations, and facility policies.
