Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a Newborn Hearing Screen Site Supervisor to oversee the program at multiple sites within the region. The role focuses on direct delivery of newborn screening services, acting as on-site technical lead, and ensuring high-quality screening practices.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, data reporting, and maintaining compliance with hospital and company policies. Weekend and holiday availability may be required to meet hospital obligations.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience as a manager or combination of training and experience
• Prior experience with newborns and/or in a healthcare setting
• 1-2 years managing multiple sites (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Oversee newborn hearing screening at multiple sites within the region
• Perform screenings and document results as on-site technical lead
• Create schedules to ensure adequate coverage and escalate staffing gaps
• Train new hires and monitor KPI’s; conduct monthly staff meetings
• Ensure compliance with PPE, vaccinations, and hospital orientations
