Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. is seeking a Newborn Hearing Screen Site Supervisor to oversee the program across multiple sites within the region. You will lead the on-site technical delivery of screenings, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and hospital requirements, and provide daily operational support.

You will recruit and supervise staff, train new hires, monitor KPIs, and coordinate scheduling to meet program obligations. Weekend and holiday coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain upon offer.

Responsibilities

• Oversee newborn hearing screening at multiple sites within the region.
• Schedule staffing to meet hospital obligations and program requirements.
• Train new hires and monitor KPI’s during monthly staff meetings.
• Provide real-time guidance to screening staff and address protocol deviations.
• Supervise technicians, conduct annual performance evaluations.
