Qualifikationen

• New Patient Coordinators should have the ability to work independently, and in a team setting.
• Minimum 6 months Chairside experience.
• Computer skills required.
• Must be able to travel to other practice locations.

Aufgaben

• Greet new patients and welcome them to the practice.
• Take records (pictures and x-rays) to set a treatment plan.
• Take clear x-rays and photos; take accurate scans for retainers.
• Assist in sterilizing equipment and maintain a clean work area.
• Coordinate with the Treatment Coordinator for a warm hand-off to TC.
• Explain payment options and insurance coverage related to orthodontics.
• Travel to other clinics for training and coverage; perform admin tasks as needed.
