Job summary

Orthodontic Experts is hiring a New Patient Coordinator in Madison, WI. You will greet new patients, collect records, and help set their orthodontic treatment plans while traveling to nearby clinics as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Travel to sister clinics and supporting administrative tasks are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Computer skills.
• Must be able to travel to other practice locations.
• Minimum 6 months chairside experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet new patients and welcome them to the practice.
• Take records (photos and x-rays) to help set a treatment plan.
• Take clear x-rays, photos, and scans for retainers.
• Assist in sterilizing equipment and keep the environment clean.
• Coordinate with Treatment Coordinator for a smooth patient hand-off.
• Contribute to meeting monthly and annual clinic goals; discuss payment options and insurance coverage.
• Travel to sister clinics and perform all role duties, including admin tasks.
• Participate in Marketing Events and other assigned duties.
