Orthodontic Experts in Illinois is seeking a New Patient Coordinator to greet new patients, take records, and help set treatment plans. The role involves traveling to multiple clinics and supporting the Treatment Coordinator to secure patient case acceptance.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED, be bilingual in Spanish, and be comfortable traveling to Mundelein and Mount Pleasant while maintaining a professional, sales-minded approach to insurance discussions and patient

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish required.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to travel to Mundelein and Mount Pleasant.
• Independent and team-oriented work ability.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet new patients and welcome them to the practice.
• Take records (pictures and x-rays) to set a treatment plan for new patients.
• Take clear x-rays, photos, and accurate scans for retainers.
• Assist in sterilizing equipment and maintain a clean workspace.
• Coordinate with the Treatment Coordinator for patient case acceptance.
• Assist in meeting clinic goals and discuss insurance options with patients.
• Participate in Marketing Events and other assigned tasks.
• Travel to sister clinics as needed and perform duties there.
