Job summary

Orthodontic Experts Ltd in Beloit, WI is seeking a New Patient Coordinator to greet new patients, gather records, and assist in setting up treatment plans. You will capture photos and x-rays, assist with sterilization, and help maintain a clean, efficient clinic environment.

Travel to Rockford and Madison clinics is required. A minimum of 6 months chairside experience, computer skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to travel to other practice locations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet new patients and welcome them to the practice.
• Take records (pictures and x-rays) to support treatment planning.
• Take clear x-rays and photos; obtain accurate scans for retainers.
• Assist in sterilizing equipment and maintain a clean work area.
• Collaborate with Treatment Coordinator to ensure patient case acceptance.
