Job summary

Orthodontic Experts is seeking a dedicated New Patient Coordinator to warmly greet patients, collect records, and help plan treatment at our Arlington Heights site. You will support imaging, retainers, and sterilization while coordinating with the Treatment Coordinator to ensure smooth patient handoffs.

The role requires a High School Diploma, at least 6 months chairside experience, strong computer skills, and willingness to travel to multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Willingness to travel to sister locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet new patients and welcome them to the practice.
• Take records (pictures and x‑rays) to set treatment plans.
• Take clear x-rays and photos.
• Take accurate scans for retainers.
• Assist in sterilizing equipment and maintaining a clean environment.
• Coordinate with Treatment Coordinator for warm hand‑off of cases.
• Assist in achieving monthly and yearly clinic goals.
• Explain payment options and insurance coverage related to orthodontics.
• Travel to other clinics and perform all role duties as needed.
• Participate in marketing events and other tasks as assigned.
