Job summary
Maersk in Orlando is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in North America logistics services. You will identify and win new-logo accounts and position Maersk as a trusted partner delivering integrated logistics solutions.
You will build relationships, leverage data and CRM insights to target high-potential prospects, collaborate with operations and pricing, and manage the full sales cycle from contact to contract signature.
Qualifications
- Proven 5+ years in new business acquisition, ideally in B2B logistics.
- Ability to win new-logo customers via data-driven outreach and consultative selling.
- Deep understanding of North American logistics and integrated solutions.
Responsibilities
- Win New-Logo Business by acquiring high-potential prospects.
- Prioritize with insight using market intelligence and CRM analytics.
- Lead with empathy to build trust and influence.
- Sell integrated logistics solutions across warehousing, air, inland, and customs.
- Collaborate with solution engineering, operations, pricing, and legal to craft proposals.
- Own the sales cycle from first contact to contract signature.
- Maintain a strong SFDC pipeline and proactive outreach.
